Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities focusing on security, application programming interfaces, and regression to ensure robust performance. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor and document defects, contributing to ongoing improvements that uphold the quality standards of the software products delivered.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.
- Continuously evaluate testing methodologies and tools to recommend improvements that align with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Python.
- Strong understanding of continuous testing practices including security, API, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support automated testing.
- Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and defect management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
