Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services by developing and applying technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with organizational goals. The role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. Daily activities include analyzing engineering problems, integrating scientific and socio-economic insights, and utilizing practical experience to ensure effective and efficient outcomes that contribute to the success of projects and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices to enhance the quality and reliability of engineering deliverables.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Document and communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles related to structural and stress design.
- Experience with configuration and technical management processes within engineering projects.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop practical, effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with qualification procedures and standards applicable to engineering services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
