Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless user experiences. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to adapt to evolving requirements are also key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the software remains effective and efficient in supporting business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
