Summary:

Additionally, the role includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address organizational objectives. The position demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and a commitment to fostering seamless integration between business goals and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in process mapping, workflow design, and business process reengineering.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with change management and implementation strategies within IT service environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
