Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to application configuration and release management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
