Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to the backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in designing, building, and refining solutions that enhance client services. The position demands a proactive approach to adopting emerging technologies and applying agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system functionalities are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools relevant to full stack engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and agile development practices.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
