Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating system integrations, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while balancing business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Understanding of core asset management principles, maintenance strategies, and reliability engineering concepts
Experience with data management, analytics, and performance monitoring tools to drive asset insights
Ability to support solution development and contribute to end-to-end client delivery engagements
Familiarity with enterprise asset management platforms such as SAP IAM, Maximo, or similar solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Knowledge of integrating operational data (IoT, sensors, enterprise systems) for asset performance optimization
Exposure to AI/ML use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams to support implementation, testing, and deployment activities
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving asset reliability, efficiency, and safety
Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights or solutions

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Assets Reliability and Maintenance Management.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
