Project Role Description : Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- - Responsible for working with Project Staff to define& document requirements & updating documentation in JIRA.
- Conducting thorough requirements analysis to support mainframe modernization and cloud migration.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Working closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Providing expert guidance on requirements analysis to project teams.
- Conducting testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- - Good To Have Skills: Scrum, Business Requirements Analysis, Agile Requirement Management.
- Strong capability in managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience in coordinating multiple teams and aligning project goals with business strategies.
- Ability to adapt project plans based on changing priorities and emerging challenges.
- Skilled in facilitating meetings and driving consensus among diverse groups..
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis & Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
