Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system requirements. You will provide expert guidance on integration strategies, facilitating seamless communication between diverse business applications and technology platforms. Your role includes driving collaborative discussions to shape transformation initiatives and ensuring that the solutions designed align with the overall customer journey. You will work across multiple teams to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable integration solutions that support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of integration frameworks that support business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable integration architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and develop effective integration strategies.
- Experience in managing end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with various integration patterns and middleware technologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
