Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You actively engage in planning and integrating various components within the ecosystem to ensure seamless delivery and maintain high standards of quality. Your responsibilities include executing continuous testing processes focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts while managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to support the overall success of the project.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize testing processes and enhance automation frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex defects across multiple environments.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing methodologies.
- Skilled in managing test data and environment configurations to support automation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
