Summary:
As a Risk and Compliance Representative, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of services by ensuring quality standards and managing risks effectively. The role includes fostering a culture of compliance by promoting awareness of relevant policies and procedures. This position requires active collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational guidelines, thereby contributing to the overall integrity and reliability of service delivery within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance compliance awareness and embed risk management practices across departments.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on compliance objectives and risk mitigation strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Excellence.
- Good To Have Skills: Project Portfolio Management Tools.
- Strong capability in identifying and managing risks associated with service delivery.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex compliance requirements and translate them into actionable processes.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to drive compliance adherence.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Delivery Excellence.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
