Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with API development and management in the context of Workday integrations.
- Understanding of data transformation and mapping techniques to ensure seamless data flow.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
