In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping comprehensive business solutions. The role requires translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across multiple teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams during transformation initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
