Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems and delivering timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system components to maintain optimal performance and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide insights for issue resolution.
- Document findings and solutions to contribute to the knowledge base and improve future support processes.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential areas of improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on issue status and resolution progress.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues within enterprise software environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application support and maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
