Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive project success and maintain a cohesive technical strategy is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistent quality.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software solutions seamlessly within broader systems.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet delivery timelines and business requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable software architectures tailored to business needs.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing technical deliverables.
- Ability to ensure code quality through best practices and rigorous review processes.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and software lifecycle management.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
