Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within an agile and cloud-centric environment. This position demands adaptability and innovation to enhance client services effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of system components ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize project delivery and quality.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of backend development including RESTful services and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work within agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
