Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs or projects. This role requires coordinating various activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring that all phases of the project lifecycle are effectively managed. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication among stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes. The position demands a proactive approach to managing timelines, deliverables, and collaboration across diverse teams to support successful project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among team members and stakeholders to promote transparency and timely information sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and ability to adapt Agile methodologies to various project environments.
- Experience in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution within project contexts.
- Capability to utilize project tracking and reporting tools to monitor progress and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
