Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement these architectural solutions is a key part of daily activities, fostering innovation and strategic growth within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align technology strategies with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and frameworks.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and integration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
