Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo.
- Experience in customizing and extending IBM Maximo applications to meet business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise asset management systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect IBM Maximo with other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM Maximo.
- Need to support in B shift from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Working from Any Accenture location is fine.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
