Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management activities for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various aspects of project execution within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. The practitioner actively engages with multiple stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progress, monitor deliverables, and support the overall success of the program or project through diligent planning and execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and decision-making.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong capability in project scheduling, cost control, and resource management.
- Experience with project tracking tools and methodologies to monitor progress and performance.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and external partners.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
