Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously enhancing system functionalities and contributing to the overall performance and reliability of the software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system stability and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll, Workday US Payroll, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and middleware tools related to Workday environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within cloud-based payroll and integration systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
