Summary:
We are seeking a senior technology and business leader to define and execute the IT strategy for Customer
Experience, Customer Lifecycle, and Go-to-Market processes. This executive will own the design and delivery
of digital platforms that enable world-class customer engagement, sales transformation, and lifecycle
management.
The mission is to create a seamless, data-driven customer journey by modernizing CRM ecosystems,
optimizing lead-to-cash processes, and enabling scalable go-to-market motions. This role requires a unique
blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep expertise in customer-facing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Strategy: Partner with senior business leaders to define and implement
technology solutions that enhance customer engagement and lifecycle management.
CRM & Platform Ownership: Lead the architecture and governance of CRM and adjacent systems,
ensuring scalability and integration across the enterprise.
Digital Transformation: Drive initiatives that modernize go-to-market processes, including lead-to
cash, quote-to-contract, and service excellence.
Program Leadership: Oversee delivery of large-scale transformation programs, including CRM
upgrades, sales enablement platforms, and customer analytics solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership, aligning IT investments
with revenue growth and customer success objectives.
Operational Excellence: Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of all customer-facing
applications, meeting or exceeding SLAs.
Your profile:
Extensive Leadership Experience: Minimum 15 years in senior IT leadership roles within global
organizations, with a strong focus on customer experience and go-to-market technology.
Transformation Expertise: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation programs
that deliver measurable business impact.
Strategic & Consulting Background: Experience in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG,
Accenture, Deloitte) or equivalent, specializing in customer strategy, CRM, or digital transformation,
combined with hands-on execution in industry.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy: Deep understanding of best-in-class GTM motions and
revenue operations, ideally gained in a global SaaS environment (e.g., Salesforce).
Technical & Process Leadership: Strong foundation in enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP) and ability to
design and optimize end-to-end customer-facing processes (lead-to-cash, quote-to-contract).
Ownership and solid technology understanding (integration, data models) of CRM platforms is highly
desirable.
Operational Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, teams, and complex technology
portfolios while ensuring operational excellence.
Executive Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at C
level and lead high-performing teams through complex change.
