Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role includes managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate efforts and drive the evolution of the solution is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that the platform remains robust and scalable in a dynamic environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures for packaged and software as a service solutions.
- Experience in managing platform configurations, integrations, and release cycles to ensure high availability and performance.
- Ability to establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices across multiple teams.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business and vendor requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
