Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. This role requires continuous monitoring to ensure that infrastructure services remain available and reliable. The individual supports the entire lifecycle of infrastructure service management, working closely with various teams to maintain service quality and address any risks that may impact service continuity. The position demands proactive engagement in operational activities to keep production systems and devices functioning optimally, while also focusing on client satisfaction and effective risk management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
- Monitor service performance metrics and escalate issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in managing production environments and ensuring high availability of IT services.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure services.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
- Competent in using monitoring tools and incident management systems to support operational activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
