Summary:
Senior Application Support Consultant responsible for L2/L3 support of Infor SyteLine ERP (CloudSuite Industrial) in an Application Managed Services (AMS) environment.
The role involves incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, and user support for manufacturing ERP processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for Infor SyteLine ERP
Resolve production incidents, functional issues, and system errors
Handle service requests and data corrections
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
Support minor enhancements and configuration changes
Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, and system integrations
Support release deployments and testing
Work with business users and technical teams for issue resolution
Ensure SLA adherence for ticket resolution

Strong experience in Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial including:
Manufacturing module
Inventory Management
Order Management
Procurement
MRP / Production Planning
Shop Floor Control
Technical Knowledge
Working knowledge of:
Infor Mongoose framework
SQL Server / SQL queries
SyteLine forms and configurations
ERP integrations (API / EDI / middleware)
Reporting tools (SSRS or similar)
AMS / Production Support Experience
Experience in:
Incident management
Service request handling
Production issue troubleshooting
Root cause analysis
SLA-based support environments
Tools Exposure
Experience with one or more:
ServiceNow / ITSM tools
Azure DevOps / Jira
SQL tools
Monitoring tools
Additional Information:
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Total Experience 6 – 10 years
SyteLine Experience Minimum 4 years
ERP AMS Support Minimum 3 years
Industry Manufacturing / Distribution preferred
