In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Now Assist.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project deliveries.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software systems and platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Now Assist.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
