Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Varicent JD:
Work cross-functionally global sales compensation teams, to oversee the associated steps to process the daily jobs
Assist the sales operations/global commissions teams with support tickets /requests/sales tasks.
Partner closely with Varicent admin teams in India , to support any application related issues in their absence.
Perform code migrations/deployments and handle access related issues effectively , while still meeting the SOX compliance guidelines.
Partner with cross functional teams in understanding the integrations and drive the data inbound and outbound from the compensation systems.
Conduct thorough and detailed analysis to produce data-driven recommendations to enable and support sales compensation application systems.

User should work on any Request being assigned
