Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system in use. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Your role involves identifying client issues with precision and crafting well-informed solutions that ensure the smooth operation of critical systems. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to sustaining the reliability and performance of the applications under your care.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Document and share knowledge to support continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to virtual application and desktop environments.
- Experience in managing and maintaining virtual infrastructure to ensure optimal system availability.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with user access management and security protocols within virtual environments.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and technical teams for issue resolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
