Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Record to Report (R2R) Consultant – Associate Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud R2R (Record to Report) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of financial processes within an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in core Financials modules, collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. You will translate business requirements into effective system configurations and ensure seamless integration across Finance and related modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end implementation and enhancement of R2R processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud
Act as an R2R SME, contributing to solution design, configuration, and deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions
Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Intercompany (IC), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules
Ensure seamless integration with Procure to Pay (AP), Order to Cash (AR), and Tax modules
Coordinate with onshore teams and contribute to offshore delivery workstreams
Participate in project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support
Support data migration, reconciliation, and financial reporting activities
Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting standards, and governance frameworks
Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
Support incident management, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials – Record to Report
Hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), Intercompany (IC), and Fixed Assets (FA)
Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Tax processes
Knowledge of financial consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting processes
Experience with data migration, validation, and financial reporting tools
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working in global delivery models (onshore-offshore)

Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (R2R track)
Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certification relevant to Record to Report preferred
Experience in ERP implementations or support engagements
15 years of full-time education required

Additional Information:
Role Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience in ERP transformation programs is preferred
Experience in handling International Public Sector clients is an added advantage
