Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration Lead
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud integrations, leading offshore teams while collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional business teams. You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-performance integration solutions and ensure seamless end-to-end process connectivity across Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations using OIC
- Act as the Integration SME, driving solution design, configuration, deployment, and monitoring
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business and technical needs into scalable integration solutions
- Configure, deploy, and monitor integrations across ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM modules
- Ensure seamless end-to-end integration across cross-functional modules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore integration workstreams and ensure alignment with onshore and client teams
- Manage project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support
- Oversee API design, orchestrations, data mapping, transformation logic, error handling, and exception management
- Ensure compliance with client integration standards, security, governance, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for integration processes, monitoring, and performance
- Support incident management, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization
- Lead and mentor offshore team members to ensure high performance and delivery quality
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – integrations, orchestrations, and adapters
- Expertise in REST and SOAP web services
- Experience integrating ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM modules
- Experience in working with ATP DB, OCI Object Storage, PL/SQL and BIP reports.
- Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, routing, and exception handling
- End-to-end experience in integration design, implementation, and support
- Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration or relevant certification preferred.
- Understanding of API management, security, and governance frameworks
- Experience leveraging AI technologies to build, optimize, and enhance business
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in global delivery models (onshore-offshore)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP/HCM/SCM integration programs
- 15 years of full-time education required
Additional Information:
- Role Location: Bangalore, India
- Experience with multi-module ERP integration programs is highly preferred
- Experience in handling International Public Sector clients is an added advantage
