Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in designing, building, and refining solutions that enhance client services. The work environment encourages adopting innovative technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a focus on agility and cloud-first strategies. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system functionalities are key aspects of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development and deployment.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
