As a Business Intelligence Engineer, a typical day involves developing and deploying interfaces that transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making across the organization. This role includes migrating existing systems to enhance performance and reliability, while ensuring that all solutions adhere to stringent security and data privacy standards. Collaboration with various teams to maintain and improve knowledge engines is a key aspect, fostering an environment where data-driven strategies can thrive and evolve continuously.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize deployed systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Document processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Visualization.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data insights.
- Experience with data integration techniques to consolidate information from multiple sources.
- Ability to ensure data security and privacy compliance within visualization tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of data visualization solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data presentation and accessibility.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Visualization.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
