Project Role Description : Own the client relationship for a manage service contract, which may cover one or more service groups. Accountable for client service management, related delivery, and growth of the contract and its financial performance.

Summary:
As a Managed Service Account Lead, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing the client relationship associated with a managed service contract. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with various service groups to ensure seamless delivery, and overseeing the financial performance of the contract. You will also focus on identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring that the services provided align with client expectations and contribute to their overall satisfaction. Your role will require you to balance strategic oversight with hands-on management, fostering collaboration among teams to deliver exceptional service.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate regular communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Account Delivery Management.
- Experience in client relationship management and service delivery.
- Strong analytical skills to assess contract performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Account Delivery Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
