Summary:

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, testing, and deployment of cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and non-cloud infrastructures. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the architecture's viability, security, and performance, while also creating proofs of concept to validate your designs.

In addition to cloud platform responsibilities, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation, Time & Labor, and Absence Management to support configuration, deployment, and optimization of HCM solutions. You will be responsible for managing the deployment of infrastructure and platform environments, ensuring that all components work harmoniously together to meet organizational goals. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation, Time & Labor (T&L), and Absence Management.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams, particularly related to HCM module configurations and integrations.

Support implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of Core HR, Compensation, T&L, and Absence modules.

Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed HCM solutions to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Strong hands-on experience in:

Compensation (Comp)

Time & Labor (T&L)

Absence Management

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.

Experience with integration of cloud and on-premises systems.

Familiarity with security protocols and best practices in cloud environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Additional Information:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, including Compensation, Time & Labor, and Absence modules.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
