Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on background in CSM, who now operates in a semi hands-off capacity—working on complex configurations, mentoring developers, and owning technical modules.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Solution Development
Configuration and customization within CSM.
Strong Integration experience
Design and review:
o Supplier onboarding workflows
o Risk assessment forms
o Compliance automation
Create reusable components & frameworks.
Technical Design & Development
Develop complex solutions using:
o Flow Designer
o Script Includes
o Business Rules
o Client Scripts
o IntegrationHub
Design data models aligned with supplier lifecycle processes.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations.
Code Quality & Mentorship
Perform peer code reviews.
Guide junior developers.
Enforce development best practices.
Automation & Optimization
Optimize SLO workflows for performance.
Reduce manual procurement processes.
Improve supplier data quality & validation.
Documentation & Governance
Maintain design documents.
Support release cycles.
Participate in CAB discussions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong JavaScript & Glide API knowledge
Deep understanding of Supplier Lifecycle processes
Experience with:
o Vendor onboarding
o Risk scoring
o SLA automation
Knowledge of Service Portal / UI Builder
