Summary:
As a Risk and Compliance Representative, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of services by ensuring quality and managing risks effectively. The role includes fostering a culture of compliance by promoting awareness of policies and processes across the organization. This position requires active engagement with various teams to maintain adherence to regulatory standards and internal guidelines, contributing to a secure and well-governed operational environment. The role demands continuous monitoring and evaluation of compliance activities to support organizational objectives and mitigate potential risks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance compliance awareness and embed risk management practices within the organization.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure consistent application of compliance standards.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development opportunities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance regulations relevant to enterprise environments.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining governance processes within SAP GRC modules.
- Ability to analyze complex compliance issues and develop practical solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance adherence.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate compliance requirements and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
