Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to support business analytics.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data workflows for performance.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control systems.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to business intelligence solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
