Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of program activities to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Program Management.
- Strong knowledge of program lifecycle management and delivery frameworks.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaborative decision-making.
- Skilled in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.
- Competence in using project management tools and techniques to track progress and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Program Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
