Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to enhance testing methodologies and promote best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align testing objectives with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to data integration testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans for data warehousing environments.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and validate data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in defect tracking and reporting tools to facilitate effective communication and resolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
