Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through thought leadership and trusted advisory. The position demands a proactive approach to driving change, collaborating across teams, and continuously evolving delivery methods to meet emerging business and technology challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and identity governance.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with various enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing access and authorization.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Identity and Access Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
