Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable and efficient applications are central to daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience with SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques specific to SAP ABAP.
- Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles relevant to SAP HANA.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
