As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential project challenges.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making within a dynamic project environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
