Summary: Looking for a highly motivated Data Analytics Engineer to join our Enterprise Data Management and Analytics Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable data solutions that drive business insights. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality and performant data modeling, data analytics applications, and API s that support decision making across the organization. You ll be part of a high-impact team driving the design, development, and evolution of our modern data platform—empowering the business with smarter, faster decision-making. You ll partner with Analysts, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Governance experts to deliver scalable, insight-driven solutions across the enterprise. In this role you will help define, develop and implement solutions and provide services for the enterprise applications. Some of the projects you will work on include but are not limited to: Design and deliver intelligent data products that empower our Global Commercial (Direct-to-Consumer) and Product teams with actionable insights and strategic clarity. Accelerate decision-making by developing AI-powered data applications that minimize manual reporting and unlock predictive, automated intelligence. Model, design, develop, test and implement the appropriate backend and front-end structures needed to meet business visualization and reporting requirements. Leverage industry-leading integration and analytics tools to build a modern data warehouse that is accurate, reliable, high performing and easily accessible to our business departments. Build aggregate data models. Manage the data flow to reflect in dashboards to meet business requirements. Data formatting and processing to build the foundation layer for dashboards and self-service reporting. Build and deploy automation tools and AI-driven applications that deliver proactive data insights to users. Develop and deploy data applications and automation tools that leverage AI/ML models to enhance user experience and insight generation. Responsible for the full life cycle of development, from data ingestion to data insights. Follow development standards in accordance with UA best practices. Work with Enterprise Data Analysts team to clarify functional requirements and create technical documentation. Troubleshoot data anomalies with engineering teams. Work within a CI/CD environment to ensure high-quality, reliable releases and maintain GitHub-based version control. Responsible for daily support of the data warehouse and associated Enterprise Data Marts Work collaboratively to align business requirements with reporting and analytical solutions. Improve processes regarding data flow and quality to improve data accuracy, viability and value Document processes, data flows, and technical specifications to support maintainability and scalability. Interact with the client business community to gather/develop functional and technical requirements and translate them into visualization solutions. Empower teams with self-service analytics, driving data democratization across the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: Proven ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms Exceptional team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and committed to meeting deadlines. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, automation, and analytics. Deep analytical, planning and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a self-starter, proactive and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision SQL programming Python Data architecture and design Data transformation Enjoy working with emerging technologies. Comfortable with language barriers or constraints bilingual language skills are a plus Not required but preferred DBT/Snowflake certifications Knowledge of SAP ERP Knowledge of Automation Tools (such as Elementum) Excellent knowledge of SQL and strong data transformation skills. Experience building data apps and automation tools that support business decision-making. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data architecture. Additional Information: Bachelor s degree in information model development and data warehousing or Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a degree to include similar major. - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
