Your typical day will involve working with the TIBCO BusinessWorks platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain TIBCO BusinessWorks applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for TIBCO BusinessWorks applications, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in TIBCO BusinessWorks development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO RV, and TIBCO Hawk. - Strong understanding of SOA and EAI concepts. - Experience with Java/J2EE development. - Experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath. - Solid grasp of web services development, including SOAP and RESTful services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality TIBCO BusinessWorks solutions.
