Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of service quality by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client concerns, accurately identifying issues, and ensuring seamless operation of world-class systems. The position requires a proactive approach to managing client interactions and supporting system stability through continuous monitoring and timely interventions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Document and communicate issue resolutions and best practices to enhance team knowledge.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to increase efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation.
- Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols related to software-defined wide area networks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network and application issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with client communication tools and ticketing systems to manage support requests.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SD-WAN Implementation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
