JOB SUMMARY: Seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the C360 (Customer 360) Program, a strategic enterprise-wide initiative enabling commercial growth across Sales and Marketing. This role drives integrated program execution across Technology Foundation, Salesforce AI, and business interlock workstreams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and delivery excellence. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Leadership & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of the multi-workstream C360 program. Own program planning, execution, governance, milestones, scope, quality, and outcomes. Establish strong delivery cadence including reviews, risks, and issue management. Business & Stakeholder Alignment Act as primary integrator across business, technology, and data teams. Ensure alignment to commercial strategy, customer insights, and go-to-market objectives. Communicate progress, risks, and value realization to executive sponsors. AI, Data, and Technology Enablement Oversee delivery of AI and agentic use cases across the C360 ecosystem. Ensure strong focus on data quality, customer data integrity, readiness for analytics and AI. Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions. Governance, Risk, and Value Realization Implement strong program governance frameworks including financials, risks, and benefits. Identify cross-workstream risks and drive mitigation. Ensure program value aligns to commercial growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Yes – program leadership across multiple delivery teams KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Core Capabilities Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs. Strong program delivery, transformation leadership, and dependency management skills. Understanding of Sales and Marketing priorities and commercial growth levers. Technology & Data Hands-on experience with Salesforce programs including AI, analytics, or CRM capabilities. Working knowledge of AI/agentic use cases in sales or marketing contexts. Strong understanding of data quality, CDP platforms, and enterprise architecture. Leadership & Communication Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. Excellent executive communication and presentation skills. Experience with globally distributed teams and delivery partners. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering Customer 360, CRM transformation, or commercial enablement programs. Consulting or large-scale transformation background. Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models. EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Bachelor s degree required advanced degree preferred.
