Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and support MuleSoft integrations to enable seamless data exchange between enterprise systems and external applications. -Provide 24/7 production support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of integration failures. -Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams during deployments, transitions, and warranty periods. Professional & Technical Skills: -Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Runtime Manager, and API Manager. -Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP services, DataWeave transformations, and error handling frameworks. -Experience in monitoring and alerting using tools like Anypoint Monitoring, Splunk, or BigPanda for proactive issue detection. -Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under high-pressure production environments. -Excellent communication and documentation skills for incident reporting, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder updates. -Demonstrated commitment and flexibility to support critical systems during night shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
