Scrum Master
Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment where a software development team can thrive using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring team members, facilitating essential ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups, and ensuring that any obstacles to progress are swiftly addressed. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on team progress through relevant metrics, all while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate effective communication among team members to enhance collaboration. - Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Agile best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Experience with various Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. - Strong understanding of team dynamics and conflict resolution techniques. - Ability to utilize project management tools for tracking progress and metrics. - Experience in coaching teams to adopt Agile methodologies effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
