Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and refining software components, ensuring that they align with the overall project goals and deliver value to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: -Good experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js -Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS -Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API -Knowledge of modern web technologies and best practices -Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services -Experience with version control systems such as Git -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance -Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
