Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring system functionality, and enhancing user experience through effective solutions. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to improve system performance. - Provide training and support to team members and end-users to enhance their understanding of system functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience with data visualization best practices to create effective dashboards. - Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data reporting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Tableau. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
